Someone asked me last week, “Cheryl, what exactly do you do?” I only smiled because I don’t exactly, do anything. I do a combination of things. I teach. I write. I travel. I assist others.
I have clients that I help get organized.
I have clients who hire me to manage special projects or events.
I facilitate authorship and support the local literary community.
I tweet.
I blog.
I write.
I am a self-appointed smart Aleck; versus a court appointed dumb one.
I am a lover of life.
I think, therefore I write. I comprehend therefore I teach. I understand therefore I compose. I dream therefore I am alive.
For some of us it takes a health scare or the loss of a loved one to make us reevaluate how we are living. Life is short. You were gifted with a vessel that has a life expectancy of 85-90 years. Are you treating your vessel well?
Are you putting in quality materials for mental growth and your physical well being? Are you surrounding yourself with those who nurture your dreams and you theirs? Are you having thought provoking conversations on literature, politics, green house effects, or are you still talking about Olivia on Scandal?
When did you stop dreaming?
As a matter of fact, what is your dream?
What are your gifts and how are you using them?
How are you living your life?
My friend, life is a gift, learn to live it well.
